In May 2019, the department of Science conducted the Science Bowl and the Young Scientist Challenge in the auditorium. The Science Bowl quiz competition was conducted to enhance knowledge and cognitive skills. It was a thrilling event encompassing wide variety of scientific knowledge and enthusiastic teams competing to win the contest.

The Young Scientist challenge was for the students of 9 – 12. It was a research based competition. The students were encouraged to identify global problems. The students put on their thinking caps and come up with an innovative solution to the problem. The final round required the students to present their innovation to a panel of judges. The students presented their ideas through animated videos and models.

The winners of the competition are as follows:
